Library Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Hanover Street School Library to provide a dynamic and flexible program that ensures all students and staff are effective and ethical users of information. The school library program provides resources representing a diversity of viewpoints, and instruction that supports the school's mission. The school librarian encourages students to be critical thinkers, enthusiastic readers and skillful researchers, empowering students to become lifelong learners and participate meaningfully in a global society.
